Be Grateful

“Gratefulness is an act of Faith, an act of Kindness.”

Life is such a wonderful Gift. We experience the ups and downs, the ebbs and flows, the highs and lows, as well as the contractions and expansions that are all included in the journey. This is a reminder to always Be Grateful even in the midst of unpleasant situations.

Gratefulness is an act of Faith, an act of Kindness. As we practice being Grateful, we align ourselves with the Universal Flow and the Divine Creator, knowing that everything has its time and Purpose. Within our daily thoughts and interactions, Grateful Awareness can allow us to be Kind to ourselves and others. This brings more Love, Peace, Contentment, and Appreciation into the world.

As a journal prompt or daily meditation, take time to consider all the amazing things that YOU are Grateful to have and experience in this lifetime. Share the immense Joy and Hope you feel with those who need Inspiration.
