Shipping
MAD Kulcha LLC is committed to providing the best service to our customers. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 5 -14 days of purchase based on merchandise availability and the creative/processing time for customized items. We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service USPS. Orders within the United States usually arrive within 7-10 business days after being shipped and International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
Returns
MAD Kulcha LLC has a 30-day return policy on our website purchases. As a customer, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, this way, we can evaluate the issue and correct it in a timely manner.
Exceptions
Certain types of items should never be returned. Please Contact Us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will not accept returns on SALE items.
Exchanges
Once your return is accepted and received, you may be eligible for an exchange with a comparable new item that is in stock at that time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund and/or inspected your returned item. After reviewing your request, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
